We specialize in providing our customers with primitive, folk art, and Americana crafts and home décor. We provide products from great companies such as Honey and Me, Inc., Collins Painting, Colonial Tin Works, The Heritage Company, and more.

| Privacy Policy: At Saltbox Hill, we collect only the information we need to process your orders accurately and in a timely manner. We take your name, address, contact phone numbers, and e-mail address which we use to ship your products or contact you if there should be a change with your order. All information is stored on our secure website and is not distributed in any way to anyone nor is it used by Saltbox Hill for spam, regular e-mails or mass mailings. If you would like to receive emails from Saltboxhill.com, please sign up for our newsletter on our homepage. If you are paying by credit card, we use PayPayl’s Website Payments Standard to process your credit card information. You can pay by credit card knowing that PayPal is securely processing your transaction and safeguarding your information. We, at Saltbox Hill, do not view or keep any of your credit card information. If you are paying by check, we deposit all checks at a local bank and do not save any routing or account numbers. | Shipping Procedures: (Detailed information regarding types of shipping services provided by the United States Postal Service can be found under our “Ordering Information” tab.) At Saltbox Hill, we use the United States Postal Service to ship our packages. We use this service because we have found delivery times are quick, the cost of using USPS is usually the lowest among major shipping companies, and USPS ships to our military members in APO/FPO stations whereas most companies do not. We offer Express, Priority, Parcel Post, and First-Class shipping depending on the size, weight, time needs, and cost. We allow you, the customer, to pick which shipping service you would like to use based on the above combined information. When going through checkout, prices are calculated automatically based off of weight of the combined items so you can feel confident knowing that what you pay is what it costs to ship and handle the item. At this time, we are unable to provide tracking information on packages.

| Return Policy: At Saltbox Hill, we understand how important it is to receive exactly what you purchased. Incase you receive an item that isn’t exactly what you had in mind, is damaged, or you no longer need, we would like to share our return policy. All items can be returned to Saltbox Hill within the first twenty-one calendar days of ordering for a full refund or exchange as long as all tags and packaging are still on or with the product and the product is clean and never used. We will include a shipping label in all packages and do require items to be properly packaged, wrapped, and sealed to avoid damage while shipping. All products can be returned to Saltbox Hill within the first thirty calendar days for an exchange only if tags are removed or any packaging is damaged (if item came boxed or wrapped). If you receive an item and it was damaged during shipping, we will send another item to you at no charge once we receive the damaged item back and we will credit your shipping charges only if item is shipped by Parcel Post or Priority mail through USPS or ground shipping by UPS. We will not be able to accept returns on any items after thirty days from the date of sale due to the seasonal nature of our products.
